I’m Cecilia from the International Women’s Forum (IWF), and I live in Pisa in Tuscany.

I am a creator of chocolate, like a master perfumer creates his perfumes, and for many years I have been dedicating myself to research and innovation in the world of cocoa and chocolate, starting with the selection of cocoa beans on the plantation.
