A life dedicated to chocolate, exploring the best cocoa plantations in the world, personally selecting the beans, then turning them into delicious chocolates in her small workshop/atelier in Capannoli (Pisa). Using only natural products and artisanal processes, thanks to his refined and expert sensorial skills he arrives at the creation of chocolate bars of the highest and rarest quality.
Her incessant research on materials led her to create DiVino, based on a cocoa processed with a selected Cabernet Franc, according to an innovative process.

EXTRA DARK CHOCOLATE 85% AND CABERNET FRANC WINE

DiVino, comes about through a complex process that begins with the selection of cocoa beans directly in the plantations and the use of CabernetFranc from Podere La Pace, located in the hills facing the Gulf of Follonica Tuscany.
Its uniqueness lies in a very long and complicated production process that allows the wine to be combined with cocoa.
This makes it innovative and unique.

Liqueur-like, clean, perfumed and wine sensation in the finish.
Plum, blackberry and red fruits and slightly pungent and spicy in the finish.
